THIS MEANS THAT VDEP IS NOT RECEIVING CASE AND HEARING INFORMATION AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIND RESULTS FOR CASE NUMBER SEARCHES. NEW USERS WILL BE UNABLE TO REGISTER AND UPLOAD FILES RIGHT NOW, AND REGISTERED USERS WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO VIEW AND UPLOAD TO CASES AND HEARINGS TO WHICH THEY HAVE ALREADY PREVIOUSLY UPLOADED.
